Take-Back and Recycling
Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
At Zubler, we take responsibility for our product throughout its entire life cycle. This naturally includes a commitment to conserving resources and protecting the environment, and extends all the way to recycling.
Active environmental protection means recycling properly, and each and every one of us can make an important contribution to this effort. This ensures that valuable raw materials are returned to the recycling cycle rather than ending up in incinerators or, worse yet, in the natural environment.
That is why, right from the development stage, we take into account European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, also known as the WEEE Directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). This directive aims to prevent waste from electrical and electronic equipment and to reduce such waste through reuse, recycling, and other forms of recovery.
In Germany, national implementation is carried out under the “Act on the Placing on the Market, Take-Back, and Environmentally Sound Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ElektroG).”
What should be kept in mind when disposing of Zubler waste electrical equipment?
The “crossed-out trash can” symbol indicates that the devices marked with it must be disposed of separately from unsorted household waste.
Zubler electrical appliances are products intended for commercial use (B2B products). These appliances may NOT be dropped off at municipal collection points for electrical appliances; instead, they must be returned to your dealer or, in Germany, directly to Zubler.
